UPDATES:
- NEW MAILING ADDRESS: 1654 Commercial Blvd, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729. Please send all mail to the address below. Any mail sent to the facility address will be returned to the sender.
- The phone number 715-552-5260 is no longer active. We are currently updating all on-site signage at each facility. You can find your facility's direct phone number in email communications, invoices, notices, and on our website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
How to Terminate Your Lease
- Please submit the required 30-day written notice before the end of the current rental month, as stated in your lease agreement.
- You may email or mail your notice, which will become valid on the date it was submitted or postmarked.
- Cancellations can be emailed to storage@ezstorwi.com.
- Please allow up to 48 business hours for confirmation. Your confirmation email will include further instructions regarding your move-out.
- Cancellation notices will not be accepted by phone, voicemail, or text.
Security Deposits
- All security deposits will be processed within 30 days of your lease term (not the day you move out). Example: You put your notice in on January 25th. The end of your lease term will be February 28th. If you move out on February 15th, your security deposit will be processed within 30 days of February 28th.
NOTE: If you’ve submitted your 30-day notice and have received confirmation, please disregard any future monthly invoices and/notices, as these are auto sent out prior to the following month.
BILLING & PAYMENTS
Payment Links
- Payment links can be found on invoices and past-due reminders. If your payment link has expired, you will need to log into your online account to make your payment.
Invoices
- You will receive an invoice each month regardless of how your payments are made (autopay, online, check).
Autopay
- If you are on autopay and receive a late notice or payment reminder, this means your payment did not process or was rejected. Please contact your facility for more details.
