UPDATES
- The phone number, 715-552-5460, is NO LONGER ACTIVE. We are in the process of updating our signage onsite at each facility.
BILLING & PAYMENTS
Payment Links
- Payment links can be found on invoices and past-due reminders. If your payment link has expired, you will need to log into your online account to make your payment.
Invoices
- You will receive an invoice each month regardless of how your payments are made (autopay, online, check).
Autopay
- If you are on autopay and receive a late notice or payment reminder, this means your payment did not process or was rejected. Please contact your facility for more details.
CANCELLATIONS
- Please submit the required 30-day written notice prior to the end of the current rental month. You may email or mail your notice which will be valid on the date it was submitted or postmarked. Please allow up to 48 business hours for confirmation. Cancellation notices will not be accepted by phone, voicemail, or text.
- If you’ve submitted your 30-day notice and have received confirmation, please disregard any future invoices or notices, as these are auto sent.
- All security deposits will be processed within 30 days of your lease term (not the day you move out). Example: Notice was submitted on January 25th. The end of your lease term will be February 28th. You moved out on February 15th, your security deposit will be processed within 30 days of February 28th.
